The Total Package

The pre-sale activities include a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), preparation of documents, disclosure forms and continued communication and consultation.  An excitement in the marketability happens when signage, multiple website advertisement and open house and broker’s tour are implemented.

Scheduled showings are arranged and a timely response to all inquiries are facilitated. After scheduling of appointments, an offer is presented and negotiated. The necessary copies of signed paperwork are presented to all parties in the transaction.
